Our company is a specialized enterprise in the mould design and manufacture, as well as plastic injection and molding production. Our company is a director of Yuyao City Mould Industry Association. We are a key backbone unit in the plastic pattern circle in Yuyao City. We have passed ISO9001 Quality Supervision System Certification for several years. Our company owns CAD, CAM and CAE Technical Application Rooms which have been required by the mould design, production, testing and debugging. Our company possesses advanced NC machining center, profile miller, precision electric pulse, wire cutting machine, electric spark machine, engraving machine and other equipment, which are necessary for the mould manufacture. Our company has several sets of numeric control plastic jetting molding machines with 60g-2500g specifications. We also offer services of product screen printing, surface treatment and paint spraying. Our company provides old and new customers with one-continuous-line serving system from product design, die production to plastic jetting and molding. We reduce the cycle needed cost and time for customers to develop new goods and provide a profit margin to take up more market share.
